PIR Panel — Key Properties

  2. Mean compressive strength at 10 % compression: 229.3 Kpa Mean compressive modulus : 4475 Kpa.
  3. Mean shrinkage-(heating at 70C for 24 hours) : Length 0.54%, width: 0.45%, thickness 0.29%.

Coldroom Floor

Standard Floor Panel

100 mm insulated floor panel for light traffic, with 12 mm WBP/Marine plywood on top and 0.5 mm PPGI sheet at the bottom. Finish options include slip-resistant aluminum checker plate, Polyurea, or Altro vinyl; load capacity up to 300 kg/m².

Concrete Floor

PU insulation over existing floor, polyethylene moisture barrier, and 100 mm reinforced concrete. Finish options include tile, epoxy, or other durable surfaces. Anti-slip flooring and optional ramps/floor heating improve safety and access.
