Premium hinged door systems for walk-in chillers, available in single leaf or double leaf configurations, with self-closing or manual operation, and flush or overlap designs.

The Arctic Bear flush-type hinged door is integrated into our standard wall panel and built for reliable thermal performance. Our standard door sizes are 900 x 1900 mm and 1000 x 2000 mm.

The door comes complete with professional-grade hardware including a door latch, keyed cylinder lock, safety door release from the inside, self-closing mechanism, and hydraulic door closer. The spring action integrated into the hinge automatically closes the door if it is left open at an angle less than 90°.

Sliding Door

Sliding Door

The Arctic Bear sliding door is designed for walk-in chillers with heavy-duty hardware that has been field-tested for durability and dependable daily use.

The self-supporting frame adapts to any wall thickness, while the anodized aluminum drop/lift rail system delivers smooth operation and strong thermal sealing.

Equipped with both inside and outside openers for convenient access from either side. All doors are supplied complete with fittings: gaskets, safety release handles, door heaters, PVC strip curtains, PRV, and premium accessories from France and Italy.

Overlap Hinged Door

The overlap hinged door is designed to install outside the chiller panel, providing excellent thermal performance and a secure seal. It features a rounded gasket that seals the contact points between the door leaf and frame.

Built for strength and reliability, incorporating durable mechanical elements and professional-grade hardware. The self-supporting frame adapts to any wall thickness. Complete sealing across all parts ensures efficiency and reduced cold air leakage.
